Travelling with a baby — car seat needed?

One-line answer: Yes, mandatory. Bring your own (we install) or use ours (free, 24-h notice). Newborns up to 13 months use rear-facing infant carriers; 9 months–4 years use convertibles.

FAQ

Can I hold my baby on my lap?

No. Even for the shortest leg of the trip, lap-holding is illegal in HK and Mainland.

Do you have nursing facilities en route?

At Shenzhen Bay terminal building. Cars also stop briefly if needed. Newborns are best fed before departure.

Can the seat be installed in advance for inspection?

Yes — book the seat at least 24 h ahead and we install before pickup.

Is there extra cost?

First two child seats free; HKD 50 each for additional.

Are baby strollers OK to bring?

Absolutely. We carry the stroller in the boot. Folding strollers fit any vehicle; bigger pram fits Alphard / V-Class easily.
