On surcharges
- We do not raise prices opportunistically for peak airport hours or high season. The late-night and holiday surcharges above are industry-standard and auto-calculated at booking — nothing added after.
- Free upgrade on request: if the 7-seat Alphard is sold out we upgrade to V-Class at no charge. For stretch Alphard, VIP van or large MPV, please give 24 h notice.

1. Why is this 10–20% more than a WhatsApp freelance driver?
Freelance drivers rarely hold a dual-plate operating licence or cross-border commercial insurance. Every car in our fleet carries Guangdong-Z / HK plate dual registration; every driver holds a Hong Kong Commercial P-licence plus Mainland Road Transport Permit. Cross-border coverage starts at HKD 10 million third-party. If something goes wrong, you know who to call and we can cover it.
2. Can you issue an invoice/receipt?
- Hong Kong commercial receipt (HKD) — issued instantly
- Mainland VAT general invoice (普票) — electronic, within 7 working days
- VAT special invoice (专票) for corporate clients — 3 days prior documentation; monthly-settled accounts supported
3. Are there really no hidden fees?
No. The quoted price includes driver, fuel, border crossings, insurance and child seat. Overtime waiting, late-night and holiday surcharges are all disclosed and itemised before you confirm.
