1. Public information is not a guarantee

Routes, prices, travel times, vehicle types, checkpoints, waiting times, opening status, policies and third-party services can change with the date, traffic, weather, government arrangements, vehicle dispatch and on-site rules. A “from” price is not a final quote for every date, passenger count, luggage arrangement or route. Use our formal quote and booking confirmation before paying.

We try to review and update the content, but do not guarantee that every page is complete, error-free, real-time or suitable for your situation. Do not rely only on the website for an irreversible travel, payment, visa, contract or medical decision.

2. Immigration and checkpoints

Passengers are responsible for passports, visas, permits, entry eligibility, customs declarations, luggage and child documents. We can help confirm the vehicle and checkpoint plan for a booking, but cannot guarantee that a passenger or item will be cleared, and cannot replace a decision by an authority in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau or elsewhere.

Actual clearance time, queues, inspection, diversion, temporary closure or extra charges may be outside our control. Allow a substantial buffer for flights, events, meetings, appointments and other time-sensitive plans.

3. Service boundary

A cross-border private car is not an ambulance, medical-transfer, nursing, security, customs-brokerage or immigration-advisory service. We do not provide vital-sign monitoring, oxygen, stretchers, treatment or nursing care. For medical or emergency help, contact local emergency services, a hospital, police, customs or another official body directly.

Whether insurance covers a particular vehicle, passenger, item, activity or loss depends on the actual operator and the insurance scope confirmed for the booking. Website content does not expand insurance coverage.

4. Third-party content and payment

The website may link to Stripe, PayPal, maps, social media, messaging tools or other third-party websites. Their sites, payment pages, prices, availability, privacy practices and service results are their responsibility. Read their terms and privacy policies before using them.
