How long does Guangzhou to Hong Kong take?

2.5–3 h; about 3.5 h during holidays / Canton Fair. Best departures: 6–8 a.m. or after 8 p.m. to avoid peak traffic.

Can I travel on a Russian / European / US / Japanese / Korean passport?

The vehicle operator does not decide immigration eligibility. Please mention your passport type when booking and verify the current Hong Kong / Mainland entry rules; Russian ordinary passports currently have 14-day visa-free access to Hong Kong under the official rules.

What if there's heavy traffic / risk of missing my flight?

We work backwards from your flight time. If a checkpoint is jammed, the driver switches in real time (e.g. Shenzhen Bay → HKZMB). If you miss a flight due to our fault, we cover the rebooking difference (see service terms).
