Frequently asked questions
Is this a fixed package or can it be customised?
It is a public reference itinerary. The route can be adjusted around the exhibition programme, factory address, group size, walking ability, meal needs and shopping preferences. The written confirmation is the final plan.
Why does the public page not show exact times?
Exhibition entry, factory reception, traffic, weather and checkpoint conditions can change the operating sequence. The public page therefore shows the order and purpose of each day; exact times are planned separately after confirmation.
What is the CIOE 2026 exhibition arrangement?
Based on the client-provided brief, 10 September is the focus visit date for CIOE 2026. Final entry credentials, event access and programme details remain subject to confirmation by the organiser and the group.
Can you arrange a Dongguan factory visit?
We can help plan the transport and visit flow, but the factory must approve the visit. The address, reception contact, access scope, photography policy and language requirements should be confirmed in advance.
Can you arrange halal meals and a lower-walking route?
Yes. Request halal or Muslim-friendly meals, fewer walking segments and additional rest stops when enquiring. Restaurant details, certification, attraction access and vehicle drop-off points must be checked separately.
Can the same vehicle and driver stay with the group throughout?
You can request this, but it cannot be guaranteed before the actual vehicle assignment is checked. Vehicle permissions, insurance scope, cross-border routing, driver availability and checkpoint procedures must be confirmed in writing before payment.
