How do I find the driver? Which exit?
Default Exit A (International Arrivals) with an English/Chinese name sign; Exit B for local/transit passengers — note at booking. After landing, the driver sends the plate number and location via WhatsApp.
Do I have to get out at the border?
No. We use dual-plate cars, so the whole trip is no-exit border crossing — luggage stays in the car. Easiest for elderly passengers and children.
