- Border ports: Preferred is the HKZMB Bridge (HK port) — direct to Zhuhai/Macau/Shenzhen, all highway, no city driving. Shenzhen Bay for nearby Shenzhen areas; Liantang for the eastern/Liantang side.
- Clearance procedure: passengers or luggage may be required to leave the vehicle depending on the checkpoint, direction, lane and on-site instructions. The driver explains the known procedure before departure; border authorities make the final decision.

How do I find the driver? Which exit?
The driver waits near the confirmed T1 arrivals hall exit with an English/Chinese name sign. After completing immigration, baggage claim and customs, follow the day-of-trip message; the driver sends the plate number and location via WhatsApp.
Do I have to get out at the border?
It depends on the checkpoint, direction, vehicle lane and on-site inspection. Passengers or luggage may be asked to leave the vehicle. Follow the driver's briefing and the instructions of immigration and customs officers.
How many passengers and bags per car?
